Delivery costs and times vary depending on the delivery address and delivery method chosen and the type of product (online exclusive or not). This information is given on our website and displayed at the time of ordering. You can track your parcel at any time by entering your parcel number on the carrier's website, the coordinates of which you can find in your shipping confirmation email. In order for delivery deadlines to be met, you must ensure that you have provided full and accurate information on the delivery address (street, building, staircase numbers, access codes, names, intercom numbers, etc.). However, if we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we will inform you of a new date.

1. DELIVERY METHODS

Delivery to mainland France

Click & Collect: free of charge

You can choose to pick up your order during business hours at the Liquides store located at 9 rue de Normandie, 75003 Paris. You will receive an email informing you that your order is ready. You will need ID to collect it.

Paris Courier: €15

The courier service is available for all orders placed from Monday to Friday.

For same-day delivery in 3 hours, the order must be placed before 4 pm.

Standard Delivery: €10

Standard delivery is carried out by Colissimo within 48 to 72 business hours.

Liquides Parfums offers standard delivery for orders over 75 euros for delivery to mainland France and over 200 euros for delivery to Europe.

Express Delivery: €15

Delivery in 24 business hours for any order placed before 1 pm.

Delivery to French Overseas Departments and Territories & International 

Delivery time and carrier vary depending on the destination country.

Please note that outside the European Union, customs or import taxes may be added to the price of our products and are your responsibility.

Europe (delivery within 3-8 business days): €15

French Overseas Departments and Territories (delivery within 5-10 business days): €40

Rest of the world (delivery within 5-11 business days): €40

2. DELAY OR FAILURE TO DELIVER

Any delivery problem or delay exceeding 7 days must be reported to our customer service department as soon as possible.

3. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT 

We have a legal obligation to supply products that comply with the order we have accepted. If your purchase is defective or broken on arrival, we advise you to inform us as soon as possible in order to benefit from your legal consumer rights. Write to us by email at liquides@differenteslatitudes.com attaching photos of your defective product. If we agree with you following a review of the returned product, we will either offer to replace the product free of charge or refund it and the shipping costs you have paid to return it to us.

4. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW, RETURN AND REFUND

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have the right to change your mind within 14 days of receipt of the order, according to the procedures below, without having to justify your decision.

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the right to withdraw cannot be exercised for orders relating to the supply of products that have been unsealed after delivery and that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons.

RETURN

Following communication of the decision to withdraw, the order must be returned within 14 days. The product you wish to return must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging. Please note that you are responsible for the return costs and that no products purchased on the site may be returned to the store. Here are the steps you need to follow to cancel your order and return the product.

Step 2: Send the parcel to 5 rue du Commandant Lamy, 75011 Paris with an acknowledgement of receipt. The parcel must contain the product in perfect condition, not used, in its original packaging along with the purchase invoice. 

Step 3: Refund using the same payment method as the one used for the purchase, except for gift cards, once the package has been received by us and as long as the product is compliant.

Please note that we are not liable for any loss or damage suffered during the transportation of the returned product and we reserve the right not to reimburse you. We therefore recommend that you protect the product and send it by registered mail and keep proof of dispatch until you have been refunded for the product.
