The courier service is available for all orders placed from Monday to Friday.

For same-day delivery in 3 hours, the order must be placed before 4 pm. to collect it. To make it easier to organise shipping, please indicate your availability when placing your order. 

Shipping in pickup point

Your order will be delivered to the collection point of your choice. This delivery method is available for mainland France and EU member states.

Standard Delivery

10 - Free for orders over 75

Standard delivery is carried out by Colissimo within 48 to 72 working hours.

Liquides Parfums offers standard delivery for orders over €75 for delivery to mainland France.

3. DELAY OR FAILURE TO DELIVER

Any delivery problem or delay exceeding 7 days must be reported to our customer service department as soon as possible.

4. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

We have a legal obligation to supply products that comply with the order we have accepted. If your purchase is defective or broken on arrival, we advise you to inform us as soon as possible in order to benefit from your legal consumer rights. Write to us by email at contact@liquides-parfums.com attaching photos of your defective product. If we agree with you following a review of the returned product, we will either offer to replace the product free of charge or refund it and the shipping costs you have paid to return it to us.

5. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW, RETURN AND REFUND

CANCELLATION AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Customer may request cancellation of their order as long as it has not yet been dispatched. If the order has not yet been shipped, the Seller will cancel it and issue a refund as soon as possible. If the order has been dispatched, the Customer may no longer request its cancellation but may, where applicable, exercise their right of withdrawal.

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to change their mind within 14 days of receiving the order, without having to give a reason, in accordance with the terms set out below.

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for orders relating to the supply of products that have been unsealed after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

Any request for cancellation or withdrawal must be made using this form, available at the bottom of the website and also in your customer account.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Orders covered by the right of withdrawal must be returned within 14 days of delivery. The returned product(s) must be intact, unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund. 

Orders from Europe: Returns are free of charge for Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark (excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland), Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal (including specific territories), Republic of Ireland, Czech Republic, Romania, United Kingdom, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland.

Once the withdrawal request has been approved, a return label will be sent to you by email.

Rest of the world: Returns are at the customer’s expense. The return address will be provided once the cancellation request has been approved. The delivery note must be included with the returned order.

Upon receipt of the returned product, its condition will be checked to ensure it is returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unopened and in its original packaging. Depending on whether the return meets these conditions, a refund will be issued as soon as possible, using the same payment method as that used for the order.
