RIGHT TO WITHDRAW
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have the right to change your mind within 14 days of receipt of the order, according to the procedures below, without having to justify your decision.
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the right to withdraw cannot be exercised for orders relating to the supply of products that have been unsealed after delivery and that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons.
RETURN
Following communication of the decision to withdraw, the order must be returned within 14 days. The product you wish to return must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging. Please note that returns are available for product purchased online only.
The free return service is available for the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark (excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland), Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal (including specific territories), Republic of Ireland, Czech Republic, Romania, United Kingdom, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland.
For countries not listed above, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Here are the steps to follow to take advantage of the free return service:
Step 1: Go to your customer account and submit your request using our contact form or by contacting us at contact@liquides-parfums.com. We will send you a return slip by email as soon as possible.
Step 2: Attach the new shipping label to the parcel and send it to the appropriate delivery service. The time to receive your parcel may vary depending on your location. Returns are shipped and processed in mainland France. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you can track the progress of your return from your customer account.
Step 3: Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, once we have received the parcel and the product meets the following criteria: undamaged, unopened and in its original packaging. Any item that does not fulfil these criteria will not be eligible for a refund.
Please note that we are not liable for any loss or damage suffered during the transportation of the returned product and we reserve the right not to reimburse you. We therefore recommend that you protect the product and send it by registered mail and keep proof of dispatch until you have been refunded for the product.
