The cocoa "Gran Blanco de Piura”, also known as "Porcelana", is one of the world's noblest varieties.This variety grows in the heart of the Amazon rainforest in the extreme north of Peru. The name Porcelana comes from a singularity: each of the tree's pods contains a mixture of white and purple beans in proportions that can vary. Each pod can contain up to 100% white porcelain-colored beans.
Once the beans are dried, fermented and pressed in Peru, they are then shipped to France to be roasted by a renowned French «Maitre Chocolatier ». We preserve the integrity of the beans' scent to keep its notes of coffee, hazelnut, dried fruits, tobacco leaves, honey, milk with tonka beans effects.
