- ISPARTA ROSE HARVEST
It is in the ""Valley of the Roses"" in Turkey, perched on the southern plateau of Anatolia, that the roses are collected by hand from May to the end of June. Harvesting takes place around 6:00 am, when the barely opened flower which has a strong olfactory impact.
- DAMASCENA ROSE HARVEST
The roses are collected by hand in May in in the ""Dades Valley"" in Morocco, at an altitude of 1500m.
- CENTIFOLIA ROSE HARVEST
In the Grasse region, between plains and mountains, a couple of farmers have been growing the centifolia rose in the heart of the Alpes de Haute Provence. They are perpetuating the tradition of growing the May rose while preserving local biodiversity and they harvest the roses by hand.
- OLFACTIVE TREASURES
The Damascena rose has floral, fruity and spicy notes, and the Centifolia rose has round, warm and honeyed facets.
